We are the advocates for the survival of the Hawaiian value of aloha and traditional 'ahupua'a' concepts in land use planning. We are committed to networking in political, economic and social arenas to perpetuate Hawaiian values: stewardship of natural resources, human rights and environmental justice. We are joined together to achieve a victory at Kohanaiki. We are of mixed ethnic and cultural backgrounds - youth, adults and elders, sharing a collective vision. Guided
by our 'Kupuna' (elders) We are part of a global movement to recognize and respect indigenous knowledge, culture and traditional practices combined with modern technologies for sustainable management of our environment.
